How Sipra Foundation handles, protects, and restricts access to participant data submitted through our event registration system.
Strictly Non-Commercial
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade participant personal information with advertisers.
No Public Enumeration
Database records are guarded by strict Row Level Security. Public visitors cannot view registration rosters.
Data Minimization
We collect only the bare essentials needed to conduct safe community logistics.
1. What Information We Collect
When registering for a community run, medical camp, or workshop, we collect:
- Full Name: To print participation bibs, token passes, and register attendance.
- Email Address: To transmit logistical confirmation messages and event safety notices.
- Indian Mobile Number: For emergency contact and essential SMS or phone updates regarding venue shifts.
- City & Neighborhood (Optional): To understand local geographic reach and plan transit arrangements.
- Voluntary Medical or Logistical Notes (Optional): To prepare wheelchair ramps, dietary water needs, or consultation triage.
We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, banking credentials, or unrelated sensitive demographic data.
2. How Registration Data Is Stored & Protected
Participant records are transmitted securely over TLS encryption to our managed PostgreSQL database. Row Level Security (RLS) policies are active at all times. Anonymous visitors cannot read, list, modify, or delete registration entries. Access is restricted to designated event coordinators.
3. Data Retention & Participant Rights
Event records are retained for a period of up to 12 months following the completion of an event for auditing and safety verification. Participants may request the correction, verification, or deletion of their contact records at any time by writing to our designated grievance contact:

4. Cookies & Website Analytics
This website does not employ commercial advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or marketing pixels. Essential session storage is used strictly for form security and spam prevention.
